Who ships: Our trusted suppliers handle all packing & dispatch.

Where: EU

Order processing: Once you order, we forward it instantly—suppliers typically ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Delivery time: Expect delivery in 2-5 business days within the EU (may vary by supplier & destination).

Shipping cost: Set price of 12 Euro per order.

Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your supplier ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your EU withdrawal right You have 14 days from receipt to cancel for any reason.

How to cancel: Email us at simonfagergren@inactiveerror.com with your order number and “Withdrawal Request.”

Return instructions: We’ll provide you the correct supplier return address (it may differ by product). You’re responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.

Condition: Returns must be unopened/sealed. Opened or used games may incur a restocking fee or partial refund.

Refund timing: We’ll process your refund (including your outbound shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
